Sephora: Clinique Balm to Bomb Shell

thumb_img_2134_10241

Hello Beauties! This time of year Sephora introduces new items every Tuesday and Thursday for their Bazaar Program. You’ll see all sorts of sets that range from 100 up to 2500 points. There are so many to choose from but ultimately I was able to narrow it down to this set. I would never have picked something from Clinique because I associate this brand with my aunt, so I always thought they were geared for mature woman. That all changed when I got a sample of their Even Better Makeup I was in love! I was impressed I had to try more from them. Intrigued by their Pop Lip Colour I had to get this kit to try it. These are the contents in this 500 point perk Clinique Balm to Bombshell, and yes, it is still available. Continue reading

IPSY MAY 2016 Destination Chic

Hello Beauty Lovers! My yearly subscription was coming to an end and I was torn on whether I should renew my subscription or try something else. I decided to give it another shot because I did enjoy last month’s bag and a lot of other Ipsters seemed to be happy with their bags too. After receiving a couple of meh bags, I am glad I renewed! This month’s bag is adorable! It’s the first one that has a button snap instead of a zipper. I am really happy with the products too! In this bag I received 2 full size items and 3 deluxe items including: a makeup tool, lip treatment, mascara, lipstick, and fragrance. Here is my mini review for the month of May. Continue reading

Sephora Party Picks

thumb_IMG_6496_10241   thumb_IMG_6501_10241Hello Beauties! It seems like Sephora is on a holiday high and in the spirit of giving! They have been having generous sample bags with $25 purchases when you order online. This particular promo is for beauty insiders, just make sure to put the code: PARTYPICKS in during checkout with any $25 purchase. I thought I would miss out on this freebie during the VIB sale because you can only use 1 promo code and supplies are limited. Personally I rather take advantage of the 20% off but I went over my spending limit and became VIB Rouge! I was no longer qualified for 20% off and this sample bag was the next best promo. Check out this post to see which one I choose with extra pictures and details to see if this is something you are interested in choosing for yourself.  Continue reading

IPSY November 2015 Beauty Blast

thumb_IMG_5818_10241   thumb_IMG_5822_10241Hello Makeup Lovers! Thank you for your positive feedback on last month’s un-bagging! It helps a lot to know what kind of content layout you guys prefer. As you know this is my 7th Ipsy un-bagging and so far everything has been good. I say good and not great because some products I really use and some I don’t. That’s why I retook my quiz a few months back so that I can receive makeup brushes instead of hair products. I only received my first brush last month a few months after I retook the quiz. Hey, better late than never right? Anyway, this month in my November bag I received: an eyeliner, a primer, a mascara, a highlighter, and a makeup brush. Come take a look and let me know what you got in your bag! Continue reading
